Usage
The profiling analyzer is a device that obtains information on the molecular structure of a sample by using the resonance phenomenon of atomic nuclei. Atomic nuclei are arranged in several energy states in a magnetic field. At this time, when the radio frequency electromagnetic waves are irradiated from the outside, the nuclear spindle, which was divided into several energy states, absorbs electromagnetic waves as much as the difference in energy, and changes from low energy state to high energy state. As it moves, the molecular structure of matter can be grasped by using the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon of the atomic nucleus. In general, the chemical molecular structure of the sample is grasped by using elements such as hydrogen (1H), carbon (13C), and nitrogen (15N), which are the most frequently used elements in biological samples.
