CUREVERSE’s Research Path & Journey (Thinking Differently about Target-based Early Drug Discovery)

Drug discovery investigators expected this understanding to confirm disease-relevant targets, even those considered challenging to target for undruggable such as RNA. Trying to take benefit of this opportunity also highlighted the need for a greater understanding of biological pathways, linkages to human disease, and the feasibility of investigating those challenging targets with novel chemical modalities beyond traditional small molecules. Medicinal chemists
in the early stages of drug discovery need to know if their primary targets are valid and can be converted from a biological standpoint into therapeutics that are useful to patients. During this seminar, I'd like to describe how candidates were generated from the numerous diseases and diverse target studies that I've been involved in. At the same time, let's talk about technology transfer in Cureverse.
